We guide our investors through equity and debt placements, EB-5 investor programs, DIP financing and white knight investing, entitlement, planning and zoning issues, and with our default management experience can jump in with a construction management team to ensure construction completion is handled correctly.
We interact frequently with court appointed receivers, mediators, litigation attorneys, trustees and government entities with a focus on a win-win approach that ensures an open door to continued relationships.
